Required Ingrediants:
- Meal Maker - 1 cup.
- Tomato - 4.
- Onions. - required qunatity
- aavaalu (mustard seeds). - 1/2 tea spoon
- chillis - 4.
- pasupu (Turmeric powder). - 1/2 tea spoon
- Salt - required qunatity
- Oil - required qunatity
- karivepaaku (curry leaves).
- Ginger Garlic . - required qunatity
- Dhaniyaala podi (coriander powder).- required qunatity
- jeelakarra (jeera) - 1 spoon
- milk - required qunatity
- pacchi kobbari - required quantity.
- kotthimeera (coriender leaves)
Procedure:
Take a bowl and fill the bowl with some hot water and some amount milk. Take the meal maker and let the meal maker soak for 10 min. Switch it off and take off the liquid form the meal maker and keep it a side. Take a pan heat some oil in it, in that add onion and tomato, cook it well until the raw smell of tomato and onion leaves. Once it is done take it out from the pan and keep it aside till the heat in that goes and then grind this along with pacchi kobbari and keep the paste aside. Take another pan and add some oil in it.Add some mustard seeds, jeera, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder fry it for 1 min and then add garlic paste, grinded onion tomato paste, along with chilli powder(in required quantity as we added chillies), coriander powder, and garam masala powder - stir it well for 1 to 2 min. Now add meal maker, salt and mix it well, add some water(in required quantity),milk(optional) and simmer the stove and leave it until it is cooked.Once it is cooked garnish it with some coriender leaves.
Thats it meal maker curry is ready to serve. This can be served with pulka / roti / butter naan
