Ingredients:
- Brinjal
- Groundnut Powder
- Oil
- Nuvvula podi
- Pacchi kobbari
- Salt
- Mirchi powder
Mix all the Groundnut powder, nuvvula podi, and pacchi kobbari again by adding some water in it.
Procedure.
1. Take a pan. Put some oil in the pan and wait till the oil in the pan becomes hot.
2. Now put the brinjal pieces in the oil and let it fry for 20 to 30 min by keeping the flame in low.
3. Add the groundnut... mixture in the pan and wait for 10 min by keeping the flame in low.
4. Add some salt and mirchi powder.
5. Wait for 2 min and put off the flame.
